경남도는 감정노동자들의 노동인권 보호와 고충 해소를 위해 지난 2020년부터 추진한 ‘감정노동자 편의시설 설치비 지원사업’을 올해도 추진한다고 밝혔다.

감정노동자란 일반적으로 ‘콜센터 상담원, 판매원 등 직접적인 고객응대업무를 수행하는 과정에서 자신의 감정을 절제하고 특정 감정표현을 요구받는 서비스업 종사자 등’을 말한다.

통계청 지역별 고용조사에 따르면, 도내 감정노동자는 약 53만여 명으로 전체 취업자의 30% 이상을 차지하며, 감정노동자 보호에 필요한 CCTV, 녹화 장비 설치 등 실질적인 대책 마련이 필요하다는 것이 대부분의 도민 의견이다.

지원 대상은 도내 감정노동자가 일하는 기업, 기관, 단체 등이고 개소당 최대 1000만원 이내로 지원하며, 자부담률은 20%이다.

최근 갤럭시 S22는 통화품질 불량 이슈에 휩싸이기도 했다. 통화할 ë•Œ 잡음 등으로 상대방 음성이 잘 안 들리거나 전화가 왔을 ë•Œ 알림음이 울리지 않은 채 ‘부재중 ì „í™”’ 메시지가 뜬다는 이용자들의 불만이 삼성전자 공식 커뮤니티 등에서 확산된 것이다. 이에 대해 삼성전자 쪽은 지난달 15일 소프트웨어 업데이트를 진행해 관련 문제를 개선했다고 밝혔지만, 잇따른 악재로 갤럭시 S시리즈의 이미지 타격은 불가피할 것으로 보인다.
